WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER SERVICE COVERAGE TO MATCH ANY REQUIREMENTS, BE IT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, AN EMERGENCY CALL OUT, OR A 24 HOUR SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT.
With many combined years of expertise, our highly skilled and professional team of Service Engineers offer unrivalled expertise in the maintenance and repair of boiler plant. Clients have come to rely on our engineers to not only service their equipment, but also to provide advice and guidance on its operation and upkeep. Our engineers are recognized as being amongst the best in the world with some global clients relying on our senior team members to travel worldwide to commission and service critical equipment.
Supporting our field based Engineers is a dedicated management team. Liaising with our Engineers to schedule, plan service work and accurately diagnose problems, our management team ensure that we respond effectively and where required rapidly to your needs. Review meetings and Customer satisfaction surveys, conducted under the framework of our ISO9001 Quality Management procedures, are used to help us continually improve our service and understand any changes to your requirements.
For critical applications requiring an enhanced level of support, we offer a 24 hour service level agreement option. Through Autoflame’s Data transfer interface module we are able to monitor boilers remotely and respond to issues in some cases before services are affected.
